Wills & Powers of Attorney
Our office can assist in the preparation and execution of your final Will and Testament, as well as Powers of Attorney put in place to ensure that should you be unavailable or unable to make certain decisions on your own behalf, you have a trusted person to do so on your behalf.
If you are without a current Will, you should contact our office to discuss your intentions in the event of your passing so that your wishes are known.
A Will is a document setting out your intentions for what you own that takes effect when you pass away. The peace of mind you will receive by having our office assist in the preparation of your Will is that the requirements of the law have been met.
A Power of Attorney is a legal document that people use authorising another person to act on their behalf in certain circumstances. Depending on the power given, an attorney may be able to make decisions relating to financial matters, personal/living matters, legal and medical matters.
